Our SI Center is available to you as a highly qualified partner to ensure the successful implementation of Q DAS software products and the Q-DAS CAMERA Concept We’ll accompany you through all project stages, from planning and specification right up to management and maintenance of the system in operation. 

System specification

In the specification stage, system requirements are specified for each element of the CAMERA concept.

Here the starting point is a detailed determination and analysis of the current situation. Proper understanding of the process structures and process flows yields important clues for successful system design.

Key inputs at this project stage are the systematic use of existing project-related data sources, and the types of displays, analysis and reports that you want to be able to generate. The latter also defines requirements concerning the content and structure of the data format, and the required data quality.

Installation and Configuration

The practical implementation of the Q-DAS CAMERA Concept. begins with installation. We install the software components in accordance with the system specification and configure and customize them to meet your specific requirements.
The layout of screens and charts, user privileges and other system settings are all set up to suit your requirements. We support you throughout the entire introduction phase and provide assistance with system set-up and customization.

In parallel with the installation (wherever possible), or immediately thereafter, a training program adapted to your specific requirements should be put in place. Depending on the range of subjects, experienced trainers from the Q-DAS Academy will be put at your disposal.

System maintenance and optimization

Even after successful commissioning of the installed system, we will continue to assist you with system management and maintenance. Our services range from system documentation through the loading of updates and configuration adjustments right up to problem analysis and problem solving.
Regular care and maintenance will ensure long-term system stability. This includes optimization of data management and the design of optimized archiving strategies to improve system performance, especially where very large data volumes are involved.
